  • Basic Tenant Screening

    We verify income, run credit/background checks, and confirm rental history before recommending a tenant.

  • Monthly Owner Report

    You receive a simple monthly report showing rent collected, expenses paid, and your balance (TAX WRITE-OFF)

  • Move-in/out coordination

    Create file of said unit with Move-in/out time stamped photos and videos. Documenting damages vs normal wear and tear. Collecting all required funds, coordinating move-in date and access along with key or lockbox. Providing cleaning & unit return checklist. Coordinating cleaning, repairs and turnover.

  • Eviction warranty

    1 FREE re-lease if eviction needed within first 3 months.
